El Greco Casting Emulsion

• It is used in our mixture of casting concrete (cement) or porcelain casting powder.
• This ingredient provides significant strength and hardening, with the highest ratio providing a smooth result.
• It also helps to remove foam and disperse the resin during application, contributing to the final result.
• In addition, the pigment (in the form of powder, paste or acrylic) is added to the emulsion and then to our mixture.
• The mixing ratio ranges from 1% to 10%, depending on the needs. When we replace a percentage of water with this specific ingredient, we add the corresponding percentage of resin. For example, if we want to add 200ml of water and 50ml of resin to a mixture, we replace the water with 50ml of resin and add 150ml of water.
