- Mixing ratio: 3 parts porcelain powder : 1 part water.
- Mix thoroughly until a smooth, homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained, then pour it into the mould.
- Demoulding time: approximately 15 minutes. The exact time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the object, as well as ambient temperature and humidity.
- It is mainly used with silicone and plastic moulds and is suitable for the accurate reproduction of shapes and fine details.
- In addition, El Greco pigments can be used (in paste form code 8311004 or pigment form code 8311024) for colouring throughout the material as well as for creating impressive marble and granite effects.
- Special El Greco emulsions can also be used to enhance the final result, providing effects such as a glossier surface and greater resistance to breakage.
- To help minimise trapped air bubbles, first coat the surface of the mould with a thin layer of the porcelain mixture, making sure that all fine details are thoroughly covered, and then fill the remainder of the mould.
- After demoulding, allow the object to dry completely before proceeding with further decoration or finishing.
