Instructions
- Cut the shrink sheet using scissors, a craft knife, or a punch into the desired shape. Make a hole if you want to turn it into a pendant or keychain.
- Color the cut piece using colored pencils, alcohol-based markers, crayons, inks, stamps, etc., and let the colors dry. Note: Colors will become more vibrant and shiny after baking and shrinking.
Place the shrink plastic piece on non-stick baking paper (parchment paper) or aluminum foil.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 150-175ºC (248ºF) for 2–3 minutes with the colored side facing up.
At first, the sheet will curl – don’t worry – after a moment it will flatten out again. You can manipulate it during baking (e.g., bend it or press it with a flat surface to help it stay completely flat).
Your piece is ready!
You can now add findings, such as earring hooks, keychains, etc., depending on its intended use!
