- The surface allows both smooth, even washes and crisp, defined edges without unwanted bleeding or irregularities.
- Also suitable for gouache, tempera and acrylics, offering good absorbency and excellent resistance when applying multiple layers of colour.
- Glued and reinforced on all four sides with a special gauze strip, allowing artists to work directly on the block while keeping the paper flat even when using large amounts of water.
