You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement them:
- In all cases where, through proven fault of ours, wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in billing etc.)
- In all cases where there has been a problem or actual defect in the product (function or quality), which covers its guarantee and since the guarantee has been given by us. This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party guarantees, such as by the product manufacturer or its agent. In all these cases, you can initially not accept the receipt of the product or, if you have received it, return the product within 15 days from the day of delivery.
The goods travel on behalf and under the responsibility of the buyer-client and our company bears no responsibility for any loss or damage during their transport.
If we are responsible, you will not be charged with return costs. In case we are not responsible for the return, the return costs are borne by the customer.
Approval from us is required prior to any return, returns without prior approval are not accepted.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged. The packaging of the product should be the one that normally accompanies it and be in excellent condition.
If they are not returned within 15 days then we can not accept any return and replacement.
We do not accept returns of: Books.
For all the cases mentioned, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fifteen (15) calendar days. days from the date of receipt.
In addition, for all cases the product you want to replace or repair must be accompanied by all the documents that they accompanied it (e.g. Invoice, Receipt. etc.).
